éCafé Resto Sursock Welcomed Fouquet’s Barrière Chefs for an Extraordinary Culinary Weekend
During the weekend of February 18th – 20th, 2011, é Café Sursock in Achrafieh hosted Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, Head Chef of Paris Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière, Chef Rachid Maftouh of the Naoura Barrière in Marrakesh and Chef Claude Ducrouzet, Pastry Chef at the Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière, for unique culinary weekend.
The menu was designed exclusively for éCafé Resto Sursock and included French specialtiesas well as a Moroccan-inspired dish by Rachid Maftouh.
The Lebanese gourmets and the sophisticated gourmands were all at the rendezvous to savor this lavish reunion of the two prestigious French and Moroccan cuisines.
