During the weekend of February 18th – 20th, 2011, é Café Resto in Sursock, Beirut will host Jean-Yves Leuranguer, Head Chef of Paris’ Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière.
Chef Leuranguer teams up with EddéSands Hotel and Wellness Resort’s new, prestigious and very stylish Parisian cafeterrasse restaurant: é Café Sursock.

This weekend’s menus, designed exclusively for éCafé Resto at Sursock by Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, will include French specialties as well as a Moroccan-inspired dish by Rachid Maftouh.
