Starting position:

Lie on your back, arms in a T position, feet together, toes ponted or flexed.

Action:

Exhale: Slowly lower legs several inches to the left without touching the floor.

Inhale: Return to the starting position.

Repeat to right for one rep.

N.B: Keep lower back on floor.
