First thing that you have to have in mind is that you need to build muscle in your problomatic areas as well as reduce the fat by exercising. You should combine weight lifting, stretching, and aerobic exercises together and perform them 3 times a week.
Here is a sample of workout :
1. Bring both knees forward so your hips are at 90 degree. then straighten your top leg out infront of you, still keeping 90 degree at the hip. lift the top leg slowly about 3 feet off the ground and down.
2. Straighten both legs so your body is in straight line. Tilt the hips forward slightly. Lift the top leg about 3 feet off the ground and down.
3. Repeat on the other side, then stretch.
1. Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up toward the ceiling and down. Then switch leg.
2. Lift Your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up your leg is pointing toward the ceiling and then bring the knee back down. Switch legs. Then stretch.
III. Standing up, do 10 reps of each
1. Start with your feet together. Step out infront into a lunge position. Touch the ground opposite hand. Come back up and step back to the starting position. Then switch legs.
IV. Do a cardiovascular exercise such as cycling, treadmill or elliptical for a minimum of 45 minutes.
V. Drink plenty of water since it helps the body to self repair. It keeps your skin healthy and elastic.
