LG announces the members of the 2011 Media Club during the launch of the world’s first Micro Portable LED Projector

Beirut March 6, 2012 - LG Electronics, the global specialist and technology innovator in home appliances, consumer electronics and home entertainment, unveiled today LG HW300G,  the world’s first Micro Portable LED Projector. The launch event took place at Cappuccino Grand Café in Zaitounay Bay and was attended by representatives from LG Electronics Levant and members of the press.

The gathering marked also the announcement of the 2011 LG Media Club members who received their official cards allowing them to benefit from exclusive advantages and discounts from LGE.

Mr. James Chung, General Manager LG Electronics Lebanon, stressed on the importance of the cooperation between LG and its media partners, giving an opportunity for positive and constructive dialogue: “LG’s believes in the role of the media in reinforcing LG’s operations. We will always work to strengthen ties with editors who will partake in the advancements, and the company’s latest technologies, and products on an international level”, he explained.

With LG HW300G new portable LED projector, you can live a unique home theatre experience, offering a Superior image quality with WXGA resolution (1,280 x 800 pixels) that can project a screen with a diagonal of 100 inches at a distance of two meters and a half. Its gloss black finishing, fairly lightweight and ability to project excel and power point files by simply inserting a USB memory without the need for a laptop, makes it easy to carry this projector anywhere you go. The LG HW300 can also play movies, pictures, and music files through USB. Finally, its super long lasting 30,000 hours lamp makes it durable for 20 years if used 4 hours a day.

Ms. Romouz Sadeq, from LG Electronics IT Marketing Group, gave a comprehensive presentation about the Micro Portable LED Projector and and all its special features during the conference, interacting with the press and giving them the chance to experience the special product. Following the presentation, an entertaining movie guessing competition was held allowing 5 lucky winners to take home LG Micro Portable LED Projectors.
